Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain commercial contracts, amendments, and transaction confirmations.
• Coordinate routing, approvals, and execution, monitoring status and resolving outstanding items.
• Validate transaction confirmations for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Maintain contract data in Salesforce and ETRM systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Work with Commercial, Legal, Credit, Risk, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Identify process improvements and participate in system testing and implementation.
