Job summary

Esaote North America is seeking a Contracts Analyst to manage the full contract lifecycle and partner across Finance, Sales, Operations, Service, Compliance, and Legal Counsel. The role focuses on drafting, risk analysis, negotiations, and compliance monitoring to protect the organization and enable strategic growth.

You will review and negotiate a variety of agreements, monitor regulatory developments, and build reporting to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, law, healthcare administration, or related field.
3+ years of contract administration, contract analysis, or related experience.
Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
Knowledge of HIPAA, data security, BAAs, and healthcare contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

Review, draft, analyze, and negotiate customer, supplier, distributor, service, purchasing, and commercial agreements.
Assess legal, regulatory, financial, and operational risks in contractual terms.
Partner with leadership to recommend contract acceptance or modifications.
Prepare contract summaries and executive risk assessments.
Support HIPAA/privacy/compliance requirements and contract templates.
Develop reporting and metrics to support strategic decisions and process improvements.
