Job summary

Summit Nutri-Science seeks a relationship-driven account professional to own and grow a portfolio of contract manufacturing accounts. You will be the client’s primary contact, coordinating with production, quality, supply chain, and finance to meet timelines and specifications.

You will negotiate terms, present forecasts, and expand partnerships by identifying opportunities to upsell capabilities and services while maintaining strong client relationships across production floors and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client relationship roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production timelines.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned contract manufacturing accounts and maintain regular communication with client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts by upselling capabilities and securing new contracts to expand scope.
• Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure orders, timelines, and specs are met.
• Prepare and present account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients in coordination with legal and finance stakeholders.
• Resolve client escalations and service issues, coordinating cross-functionally to reach timely resolutions.
