Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Scott (DITCO-Scott) PS8, seeks a highly experienced contracting specialist to oversee complex contracts and lead teams aligning missions with strategic objectives.

The incumbent will manage acquisition planning, cost/price analysis, and small business utilization, with certification progression within 36 months and compliance with DoD acquisition policies. This is a security-sensitive role with mandatory clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required for 1102 positions.
• Transcripts must be provided at the time of application.
• Specialized experience in soliciting, negotiating and administering IT contracts.
• Acquisition certification in Contracting Functional Area or eligible within 36 months.
• Time in grade: GS-13 requires 52 weeks as GS-12 or higher.
