Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Ft. Meade, MD seeks a contracting professional to perform a broad range of procurement actions. You will lead negotiations with diverse stakeholders and evaluate IT products, systems, and services in accordance with DoD requirements.

The position emphasizes analytical pricing, complex document preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant, effective contract actions at the Department of Defense level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience with pre-award or post-award procurement functions.
• Ability to perform price or cost analysis to support contracts.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of contracting procedures and contract types.
• Leads negotiations with engineers, attorneys, and contractors.
• Evaluates IT products, systems, and services for procurement.
• Applies price/cost analysis techniques to proposals and pricing.
• Produces clear memoranda, reports, and contract provisions.
