Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu, a High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Focus on contract management, compliance oversight, and reporting routines.
• Entry‑level advisory capacity for contract matters within Area Public Sector Services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the contract database with current statuses.
• Create and maintain templates for contract reporting and documentation guidelines.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and report non‑compliance.
• Ensure awareness of applicable laws and corporate governance standards.
• Review data requests and provide analyses of contract information.
• Evaluate municipal contracts for new business opportunities and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Legal on negotiations and language revisions.
• Investigate discrepancies, complaints, and disputes between departments and vendors.
