ANSCO & Associates is hiring a Contract Management Analyst in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on bid evaluation, contract interpretation, data gathering, and audit support to ensure profitability and compliance. You’ll coordinate with multiple departments to refine bidding tools and proposals for potential clients.

The position requires strong documentation skills, knowledge of GAAP basics, and the ability to work independently with tight deadlines. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet and cloud-based computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Google suite of applications strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex legal, contractural, and technical documents.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes and reviews project bids and contract documents to ensure maximum profitability.
• Interprets contract content and understands unit pricing structures and contract units.
• Obtains and organizes data by building spreadsheets and reports for bid submissions and analysis.
• Collects, reviews and processes new contract documents and bonds as required.
• Verifies contract specification details and unit rates and inputs into systems.
• Works with other departments to create/update bidding tools and trains managers to use them.
• Participates in reviewing RFP/RFQs and assists to prepare proposals for potential clients.
• Analyses contracts for accuracy against quotes, pricing and orders.
• Drives workflow and cooperation among departments to meet deadlines.
• Assists Contract Management staff with written client communications.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
