ANSCO & Associates, Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Contract Management Analyst to support bid preparation, contract review, and implementation. You will analyze project bids, interpret contract content, and prepare reports for business analysis, ensuring accurate unit rates and compliance with requirements.

Ideal candidates have a background in Construction Management or related field with at least 2 years of contract management or project management experience, strong MS Office and Google Suite

• Construction Management or related field
• 2 years of project management or contract management experience
• Strong MS Office and Google Suite skills
• Ability to read and interpret complex contracts and legal documents

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review bids and contract documents for profitability
• Interpret contract content and pricing structures
• Build data reports and spreadsheets for bid submissions
• Process and organize new contract documents and bonds as required
• Verify contract specifications and unit rates in systems
• Assist in developing bidding tools and training managers to use them
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Review RFP/RFQ materials with stakeholders and prepare proposals
