Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Charlotte, NC to drive strategic CI programs across the organization. You will lead a team of analysts and specialists, develop improvement strategies, and align initiatives with business goals to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

You will mentor staff in Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies while partnering with management to ensure measurable outcomes and sustained performance improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a people manager role.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop execution plans.
• Develop metrics, targets, and progress updates for senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align with business goals.
• Monitor impact and adjust strategies for sustained improvements.
