Xylem seeks a Senior CI Specialist to drive Lean and Six Sigma-based process improvements across manufacturing and supply chain functions. You will lead cross-functional teams, design efficient procedures, and mentor leaders to sustain continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes delivering long-term, tangible benefits in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and inventory, with involvement in warehousing, assembly, and JIT projects.

Qualificações

• BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools: 5S, Standard Work, VSM, DOE, FMEA, etc.
• 1-5 years of continuous improvement/Lean/Six Sigma experience with tangible financial benefits.
• Experience in manufacturing or commercial/industrial settings.
• Facilitation of kaizen workshops and training events expected.
• Strong project management experience and a proven change agent.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive development and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects aligned with strategic plans.
• Provide executive coaching and mentoring for senior management leads in CI directions.
• Design new procedures and methods for operational processes using project charters and measurable deliverables.
• Support monthly Kaizen awards process at multiple sites.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement from idea generation to execution.
• Mentor employees to realize benefits from CI initiatives and act as a change agent.
• Develop and conduct lean training based on site initiatives.
• Own Lean Maturity Element and partner with leaders on strategy and deployment.
• Facilitate multi-day kaizen events and workshops with cross-functional teams.
