Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Sr Director, Operational Excellence to drive a comprehensive lean continuous improvement strategy across WSS. The role spans Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; Pittsburgh, PA, with a hybrid work model and a cross-geo CI leadership responsibility.

You will mentor a global CI team, partner with peers, and promote a culture of daily improvement, continuous training, and recognition of achievements. This is a high-impact leadership role within a Fortune 500 water solutions company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven lean CI expertise across operational and transactional areas.
• Demonstrated success leading large change efforts across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a lean CI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across operations, manufacturing, logistics, finance and customer service.
• Direct and oversee lean CI projects with strong project planning and metrics.
