Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Strzelin manufacturing site and lead CI initiatives using Lean methods to improve processes, safety, and financial results.

The role requires 6+ years in process improvement, strong Lean toolkit, Kaizen leadership, and digital transformation experience. Fluency in Polish and English is essential; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Process Improvement or Operational Excellence with project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Flow, Standard Work).
• Experience leading Kaizen events and inventory optimization.
• Minimum 1 year of digital transformation initiatives with results.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Green Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver CI projects in manufacturing with measurable results.
• Facilitate problem solving and implement effective solutions.
• Improve material and information flow; reduce lead times.
• Train and coach staff to spread CI culture; CI certifications.
