Home Depot in Atlanta seeks a Manager - Contingent Labor to lead the CWPO, drive cost management, policy compliance, and continuous improvement across the contractor lifecycle.

You will manage a small team, partner with internal customers and vendors, and use data and KPIs to identify issues and implement solutions.

This role requires 2 years of leadership experience and a background in technology-enabled procurement.

Formación

• Must have 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing technology solutions to address business problems, preferably in an agile/product environment.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Analytics: leverage data and KPIs to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Business Relationships: partner with internal customers and vendors; educate on processes.
• Leadership: select and develop a team.
• Process Management: drive continuous improvement in processes and technology.
• Quality Assurance: ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and policies followed.
