Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Technology Director in Atlanta to partner with enterprise leaders in planning and delivering enabling technology solutions. You will guide execution, mentor teams, and drive strategic alignment across domains to meet customer needs and enterprise metrics.

You will lead cross-functional teams, establish vendor relationships, and drive growth through technical and domain expertise, while focusing on outcomes and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years leading within a technology support contact center with 400+ people
• Experience leveraging AI for call center efficiencies with documented improvement metrics
• Proficient in leading at a Sr. Manager level or above within a fast-paced, multi-division, national company
• Proficient in defining, communicating, and driving value propositions, success metrics, and outcomes
• Proficient in shaping, aligning, and guiding execution of strategic direction for a domain or significant portfolio segment
• Proficient in communicating, building influence, and developing relationships with functional and technical leaders, with high-level vendor partners, and across all levels in the organization
