Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort is seeking a creative and organized marketer in the mountains to bring the Sierra voice to life across digital, social, and guest communications. You will blend content production with brand execution, turning strategy into messaging, social content, collateral and campaigns.

Ideal candidates are expert skiers/snowboarders with strong storytelling, design and social media expertise, plus experience directing visuals and managing budgets.

Formación

• Expert/advanced skier or snowboarder.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Mid-level graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing social media channels and content strategy.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the resort brand strategy into clear content and campaigns.
• Write copy across social, ads, email, website updates and guest comms.
• Develop messaging frameworks for products, events and passes.
• Manage Content Coordinator and content calendar.
• Direct photo/video shoots with athletes, contractors and staff.
• Own daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and more.
• Draft press materials and coordinate media assets.
• Assist with marketing promotions, collateral and signage.
