Qualifications

• 4+ years digital marketing operations experience in large, complex organizations.
• Deep expertise in personalization strategies across personal and non-personal channels, preferably pharma.
• Advanced knowledge of analytical models, reporting dashboards, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Deep expertise in 2-3 areas: content production, AI-assisted tools, channel activation, CMS, or martech platforms.
• Essential experience with taxonomy and content tagging systems.
• Fluency in English required; German preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration, technical translation, project management, and efficient decision-driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern local marketing capabilities aligned with global standards while managing local adaptations.
• Partner with IT to activate new technologies and manage content production and omnichannel enablement platforms.
• Develop country-level technology roadmaps reflecting emerging capabilities in content delivery and personalization.
• Act as subject matter expert on emerging technologies enhancing content and personalization solutions.
• Support campaign measurement and data analysis to inform personalization decision-making.
