Job summary

Bayer AG in Morristown, NJ, seeks a Director of Scientific Content Creation Strategy to shape content strategy and excellence across the internal C3C team. You will build best practices, mentor staff, and drive customer-centered, multichannel medical resources that align with US Medical Affairs priorities.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop SOPs, and champion AI-enabled content solutions to enhance quality, speed, and impact while ensuring regulatory compliance and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (M.Sc./PhD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in medical communications or content creation in pharma.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed organization and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Content Creation TA and leads to ensure alignment on strategy and impact.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and best practices for C3C.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to ensure high-quality content and digital materials.
• Own C3C scientific narrative standards and messaging guardrails per TA.
• Ensure final scientific quality, evidence standards, and charting for MLR/PRT review.
• Establish and monitor content effectiveness metrics and optimize communications.
