Job summary

Perforce Software is seeking a strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead the content lifecycle for the Static Analysis product line (Perforce QAC and Perforce Klocwork). You will own strategy, planning, and execution to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Collaborating with Product, Demand Gen, and Engineering, you will define a content roadmap aligned to buyer journeys, and apply SEO and AI-driven practices to scale content across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, creative writing, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in content marketing or professional writing in software/tech.
• Ability to craft narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong SEO understanding and hands-on experience with tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with multi-project management capability.
• Ability to translate complex tech topics into clear, engaging content.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative attitude with openness to feedback.
• AI fluency and prompt engineering to leverage AI-driven search and discovery trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to understand capabilities, differentiators, and roadmap.
• Refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for technical audiences.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content roadmap across channels and funnel stages.
• Apply SEO and AI-driven best practices to improve visibility and inbound traffic.
• Collaborate with experts to generate high‑quality thought leadership and educational content (blogs, white papers, ebooks, webinars).
• Develop content plans to support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Work with designers to align assets with voice and brand.
• Review and edit content for clarity and consistency.
• Measure content performance and refine strategies based on insights.
