Job summary

People Inc. is seeking a Director of Content & Communications Strategy for D/Cipher in a hybrid New York role, with remote flexibility up to two days weekly.

You will shape how D/Cipher is seen in the market by leading thought leadership, executive communications, and integrated marketing initiatives that connect messaging to business growth. You will coordinate with product marketing, sales, brand, and creative teams, drive campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels, and lead industry

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated communications and thought leadership programs to position the company as a market leader.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Creative teams to align messaging and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Drive multi-channel campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media to maximize reach and impact.
• Lead social media and executive visibility initiatives, with a focus on LinkedIn and industry thought leadership.
• Identify opportunities for industry awards, partnerships, and media to boost brand presence.
