Qualifications

• B.S. degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 1+ years in leading national or regional teams/2nd line leader experience.
• Dermatology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage Syneos Health District Managers and interface with Sales Representatives.
• Oversee training of district managers and representatives with ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with training for new hire training, ongoing training, and workshops.
• Create a climate of trust and open communication within the team.
• Inspire ownership, accountability, and engagement through clear objectives.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to meet franchise goals.
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, and operations on strategy.
• Manage franchise budget and expenses to maximize revenue.
• Travel frequently within franchise districts and to corporate offices.
