Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Baltimore seeks a sales professional to develop and manage an assigned territory, leveraging clinical training to support clients’ marketing plans. You will identify key providers, build relationships, and deliver educational support to inform physicians and nursing staff.

You will plan territory activities, communicate with teams, demonstrate strong presentation skills, and manage budgets within compliance guidelines while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year B2B experience required.
• Experience calling on dermatologists in the designated territory geography preferred.
• Residence within the assigned territory required.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Local and national travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory.
• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted Health Care providers.
• Plan and prioritize activities to ensure territory coverage.
• Deliver educational and scientific support to inform decisions by physicians and nursing staff.
• Identify key influencers and achieve customer interaction expectations.
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet market share goals.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Present a professional sales image and manage budgets within guidelines.
