Wellington Management seeks a Consultant Relations Manager to join its Global Consultant Relations team. Based in San Francisco, Chicago, or remote, you will grow relationships with consultant researchers, field consultants, and OCIO decision makers across the Western region of the U.S.

You’ll work with internal partners to execute strategic plans, manage opportunities, and advance growth initiatives. You will need 8–10 years of experience, a deep understanding of institutional consulting, and

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant industry experience with investment concepts and strategies across asset classes.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to translate complex investment strategies.
• Collaborative yet able to drive cross-functional execution independently.
• CFA, MBA or other advanced degree; FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic engagement plans with priority consultant relationships, including OCIO providers and search firms.
• Serve as primary contact for Western US organizations, building multi-level relationships across research, OCIO teams, and senior leadership.
• Articulate Wellington’s differentiated outcomes and portfolio roles to clients and prospects.
• Lead strategy reviews, product introductions, and due-diligence activities, including RFPs and final presentations.
