Job summary

J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. seeks a Superintendent to oversee the strategic direction and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects in the region.

You will lead field operations, manage subcontractors, and uphold Findorff's standards and culture on every site. You will mentor field teams, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in self-performed trades and concrete fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects, including short-interval schedules.
• Lead field teams and manage subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor progress, resolve conflicts, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Develop client relationships and represent Findorff's standards on site.
• Mentor emerging leaders through training and coaching.
