Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience managing commercial projects valued up to $80M.
• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Supervisor leading commercial projects.
• Strong background in self-performed trades and concrete fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project, including short-interval schedules.
• Lead Foreman Meetings and contribute to pre-job planning.
• Monitor job progress and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting the client's needs.
