Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler for the CORE team within the Advanced Facilities group. You will collaborate with project teams to prepare and update schedules, perform reviews, and ensure CPM alignment with pull plans.

The role requires 0–2 years of scheduling experience, a degree in construction management or related field, and strong communication skills. On-site work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 0–2 years scheduling experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
• Participates in proposal, baseline and ongoing schedule updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software and supports training.
• Visits job sites to review status and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Supports Lean and pull planning; aligns CPM with pull plans.
