Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to join the Planning & Scheduling Department. You will support Project Schedulers by managing data flow into Primavera P6, auditing schedule health in Excel, and creating reports that track milestones.

No prior construction experience is required; we provide Primavera P6 training for candidates with strong analytical potential and a quick-study approach to new software.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel proficiency and comfort with data troubleshooting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a Primavera P6 power user.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers to apply CPM concepts to complex sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and generate reports.
• Analyze data and produce advanced reports using Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Calculate and report project metrics such as Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast outcomes and improve decisions.
• Ensure data quality with proper naming conventions and activity coding.
