Job summary

YA is seeking a Scheduling Consultant who will work independently to coordinate and manage construction schedules for multiple projects. You will inspect sites, analyze project documentation, and relay findings while updating schedules to reflect progress and changes.

You will rely on strong CPM knowledge, proficiency with scheduling software, and clear communication to inform clients and internal teams about schedule status and potential risks. Independence and sound judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent field.
• 2–8 years in construction scheduling experience.
• PSP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update construction schedules across project lifecycles.
• Perform forensic analysis of project schedules and costs.
• Inspect construction project sites to evaluate progress.
• Review large volumes of construction project documents and data.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and update schedules.
