Job summary
Groundworks in Georgia seeks a Commercial Solutions Specialist to identify and develop relationships with commercial clients, providing technical consultations and tailored foundation repair solutions. You will network, cold call, attend industry events, and conduct site visits to grow business while negotiating pricing and contracts.
The role requires strong communication and a deep understanding of foundation repair methods, engineering principles, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales support experience, preferably in engineering and/or construction.
- Previous experience in foundation repair, construction, trades, b2b sales, or business development.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and other key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
- Present technical product information related to construction materials to meet client needs.
