Job summary

R.H. White Construction & Service Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex building construction projects in Massachusetts.

You will oversee preconstruction through warranty, manage execution plans, budgets, staffing, and risk mitigation while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability. You will supervise the project team, ensure safety and quality compliance, administer contracts, and drive business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction-related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience with GMP, negotiated, hard bid, and design-build delivery.
• Proven record of client relationship management and repeat business.
• PM certification (PMP/CSL) or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (P6, MS Project).
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment.
• DOT medical card and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage execution, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
• Administer owner contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
• Coordinate project team, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
• Promote continuous improvement and adherence to policies.
