Job summary

R.H. White Company is seeking a Contracts Administration Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across project lifecycles, ensuring safety, compliance, and financial integrity.

You will lead contract administration staff, negotiate terms, and implement risk management policies while coordinating with project managers, legal, HR, procurement, and subcontractors to align risk with project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related field.
• NCMA CPCM or equivalent certification required or in process.
• Minimum 5 years in construction risk management; 10+ years in construction industry.
• Three years of supervisory experience with personnel actions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative risk modeling skills.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle, contract types, and regulations.
• Contract and insurance expertise in construction.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and code of conduct.
• Lead contracts administration staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure contracts are administered to comply with terms.
• Analyze plans, contracts, site conditions, and trends to detect threats.
• Review contracts and purchase orders to identify risk transfer and negotiable clauses.
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation; develop master agreements with subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop risk management policies and train staff; communicate strategies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs, legal, HR, procurement, and subcontractors to align risk with goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
