Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• 10+ years managing personnel.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with bid-build, CMCG, design-build projects.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal skills and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project, from construction to budget and cash management, ensuring alignment with the contract and owner requirements.
• Develop and manage the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing needs, and equipment resources for timely, accurate completion.
• Review initial contracts for completeness and coordinate with the owner to resolve specification, contract, and scheduling issues.
• Lead engineering and scheduling teams to identify and negotiate change orders with support from Area Manager as needed.
• Prepare and present monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with supporting departments and the project owner to support the work plan and payment schedule.
• Serve as main contact for third-party stakeholders including landowners, local business owners, and government agencies.
• Ensure project safety through weekly checks and safety meetings, supporting safety programs.
• Closeout procedures: finalize paperwork, obtain retainages, and resolve project claims.
