Job summary

RH White Construction & Service Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager to lead major construction projects across New England. You will own initiatives from planning through closeout, coordinating with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, profitable, and on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, 7+ years in construction/finance/management, and credentials such as CSL or PMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of construction, finance, and management experience
• CSL or PMP certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and building practices
• Experience with project scheduling and management software (Primavera, MS Project)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish for Design-Build and Bid-Build
• Manage budgets, contracts, purchasing, equipment, expenses, and change orders
• Develop and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Monitor schedules and field activities to keep projects on time and within budget
• Promote a proactive safety culture and compliance with policies
• Support business growth through strategic planning and resource management
• Represent RH White at project and strategy meetings with clear reporting
