Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery in Tri Cities, WA, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex public sector projects. You will interface with clients, prepare detailed project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and drive governance and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a degree in construction management, engineering or architecture, and proficiency with PMiS, MS Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• ≥5 years as a professional Project Manager.
• BS degree in construction management, engineering or architecture (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in public sector construction PM.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Experience using PMiS software and MS Office/Adobe/Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client and consultants at all project stages.
• Produce and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
• Monitor performance and apply management techniques.
• Manage change control processes and information flow.
• Ensure quality standards and governance throughout the project.
