Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure governance and reporting standards are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and suppliers, tracking milestones and budgets, producing status reports, and applying best practice across projects. On-site work is required with potential adjustments based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational/management skills and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones and budgets to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure standards are applied.
• Manage interfaces between suppliers via trackers and reviews.
• Communicate project information through meetings and written communications.
• Forecast and update key milestones and budgets.
