Job summary

Walbridge is seeking an experienced construction executive to provide overall administrative and technical direction for a large, complex project or multiple projects. Responsibilities include interfacing with clients, project scoping, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction and safety oversight, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-year construction management degree or equivalent.
• Extensive (≥10 years) experience in commercial construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is built per design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with client representatives, A/E teams, subcontractors and end users.
• Establish objectives, policies and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of all personnel on assigned project(s).
• Monitor and control construction; approve purchases and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and safety programs; provide direction to planning and engineering.
