Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead commercial construction projects in the Seattle area, overseeing pursuit, preconstruction, execution, and closeout.

You will manage client relationships, risk, and financial performance, guiding project teams including PMs and superintendents, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role targets a senior GC leader capable of balancing complex stakeholder needs, schedule certainty, and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction projects as a Project Executive or senior leader.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship skills.
• Seattle-area familiarity with local subcontractors and public works processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pursuit through closeout.
• Serve as senior client-facing leader for owners and design teams.
• Oversee project teams including PMs, Superintendents, and engineers.
• Lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, logistics, and constructability.
• Manage risk, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor Project Managers and field leaders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
