Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects in Seattle. You will lead planning, coordinate teams, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, a Bachelor’s in CM or related, and certifications such as PMP/LEED AP. Strong knowledge of safety, codes, and budget management is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, LEED AP or similar certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience, focus on commercial ground-up and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel; ensure clear communication.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage expectations and provide regular progress updates.
• Implement safety protocols per OSHA and company policies; conduct site inspections.
• Ensure quality and compliance with project specs; address issues promptly.
• Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and manage change orders to stay within approved budgets.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide status reports to senior management.
• Identify issues early and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
