Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects valued at $50,000,000 and above. The role provides strategic direction to project teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in construction management, a track record of large-scale success, and preferably PMP certification. National travel and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management with a track record of large-scale success.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of flagship construction projects.
• Manage comprehensive project finances, including high-level risk assessment and mitigation.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to foster professional growth.
• Act as the executive liaison for high-profile clients and institutional partners.
