Compensation includes a base salary of $125,000 to $150,000, along with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from project award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify issues.
