Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects valued at $50,000,000 and above. You will oversee from preconstruction through closeout, directing teams and maintaining safety, schedule, and budget.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction management, hold an advanced certification, and excel at building client relationships while mentoring staff. Travel nationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ten or more years of experience in construction management with a track record of large-scale success.
• Advanced certification (such as Project Management Professional) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of flagship construction projects.
• Manage comprehensive project finances, including high-level risk assessment and mitigation.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to foster professional growth.
• Act as the executive liaison for high-profile clients and institutional partners.
