Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish profitability goals and strategies; manage internal cost to ensure profitability.
• Manage and administer Owner contracts; identify and manage risks daily.
• Maintain and improve client relationships; participate in marketing and business development.
