Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will be accountable for budgets, schedules, quality and client satisfaction, reporting to senior leadership.

You will lead and mentor project managers and teams, partner with preconstruction on estimating and procurement, review contracts, monitor cash flow and margins, manage risks, and maintain strong owner/developer relations

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in general contracting and multiple PM roles.
• Track record overseeing multiple ground-up projects.
• Strong grasp of contracts, finances, scheduling and subs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.
• Experience with Procore and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 / MSP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Eng (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams.
• Collaborate with preconstruction on estimating, budgeting, scheduling.
• Review contracts and subcontracts.
• Monitor financial performance and margins.
• Identify risks and drive solutions.
• Maintain relationships with owners, developers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Conduct reviews and site visits.
• Oversee change management, payments, reporting and closeout.
• Support business development through client proposals and interviews.
• Promote safety standards across teams.
