Erland Construction seeks a seasoned Project Executive to provide executive oversight across multiple projects from preconstruction through completion. You will lead teams, develop new business opportunities, and ensure projects meet goals in price, scope, and schedule.

Reporting to the Group Manager, this role emphasizes strategic leadership and industry collaboration to advance university and commercial construction initiatives. A strong track record of managing complex programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive construction, design, finance, and management experience.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes project objectives and performance standards within policy.
• Supervises the work of Project Managers.
• Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests.
• Develops proposals and estimates.
• Maintains client relationships and pursues new work.
