Job summary

CRB seeks an experienced Project Director to lead complex life sciences and food & beverage projects from chartering through warranty. You will guide a One Team approach with CRB, sub-consultants, owners, and partners to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality facilities.

Applicants bring 10+ years in AEC, PMP/AECPMA/DBIA certifications, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, AECPMA or DBIA preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-project portfolios and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from chartering to warranty.
• Develop execution strategies and drive on-time, on-budget results.
• Manage client relationships and procurement activities.
• Coordinate design, preconstruction, procurement, and construction teams.
• Monitor KPI performance: safety, quality, schedule and profitability.
