CRB is seeking a Project Director to lead complex, multi-project delivery in the life sciences and food & beverage sectors. The role oversees chartering, design/pre-con leadership, procurement, and end-to-end project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC industry.
• Certifications: PMP, AECPMA, DBIA.
• Demonstrated senior project management success on large/portfolio projects.
• Understanding of integrated project delivery in design, procurement, CQV, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRB team through business case alignment and chartering phases.
• Lead PEP development and preconstruction planning with the team.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts for assigned projects.
• Monitor safety, quality, and KPI achievement; enforce standards.
• Manage client relationships and prime/subcontractor agreements.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead pursuit and RFP responses.
• Coach, mentor, and develop project team members.
