Job summary

CRB seeks a seasoned Project Director to lead complex projects in the life sciences and food & beverage sectors. You will drive execution from charter through closeout, manage client relationships, lead a high-performing team, and ensure quality, safety, and profitability across multiple initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with CRB business units, oversee risk, and guide strategic decisions with senior leadership, delivering results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum ten years of experience in the AEC Industry, 15+ years desired.
• Industry-specific certification, including PMP, AECPMA, DBIA.
• Demonstrated Senior Project Management success managing single large projects or a portfolio.
• Advanced understanding of core engineering disciplines, design and construction.
• Team-oriented, able to lead integrated teams with partners & subcontractors.
• Understanding of integrated delivery including CQV and construction processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, safety practices, and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRB team and the owner through Business Case Alignment and Chartering Phases.
• Lead PEP Development and partner with preconstruction for project planning.
• Plan logistics, budgeting, costing, and ensure alignment of design and construction plans.
• Develop, monitor, and manage schedules and timelines.
• Accountable for monthly financial and schedule reports for all projects.
• Develop and negotiate project costs to ensure profitability.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and lead client meetings.
• Identify risks, perform internal reviews, and mitigate issues with senior management.
