Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Director in Jacksonville, FL to lead large or multiple projects from chartering through warranty. You will drive strategy, manage budgets, schedules, and teams, and ensure client satisfaction while upholding CRB's standards.

The role requires deep experience in AEC project delivery, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated Senior Project Management success managing single large projects or a portfolio of smaller projects.
• Industry certifications including PMP, AECPMA, DBIA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from chartering through warranty, ensuring safety, schedule, and profitability.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships and manage client interactions on projects.
• Identify opportunities, lead major pursuits, and develop winning strategies including RFP responses.
