Job summary

Aquent is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the administration, finance, and coordination of corporate and retail construction projects. You will act as a key liaison among project managers, design teams, real estate, technology groups, facilities, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

In this temporary role, you will help drive project startup tasks, track budgets, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining meticulous records and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, project coordination, contract administration, or project support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, financial, and project coordination support for corporate and retail construction projects.
• Liaise between project managers, design teams, real estate, vendors, and facilities groups.
• Support project phases from planning to closeout, and help with procurement entry.
• Track budgets, costs, milestones, and procurement schedules.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, invoices, change orders, and closeout documentation.
