Job summary

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a Construction Program Manager to own all kitchen modifications and permitting for installations across the US. You will lead a team of project managers and collaborate with the onboarding group to move builds from design through inspection at increasing volumes.

This strategic role combines hands-on technical problem-solving with process design to enable scalable deployment while meeting regulatory and safety standards nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction programs for commercial kitchens or similar environments.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control track record for multiple small-to-medium projects.
• Proven ability to navigate permitting and inspection processes across jurisdictions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of kitchen modifications across Lab37 installs nationwide: design, permitting, construction, inspection, and handoff to operations.
• Build a repeatable deployment process to scale hundreds of installations.
• Manage budgets and cost controls across high-volume projects.
• Navigate permitting processes and ensure compliance with AHJ requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams—engineering, construction, and onboarding—to unblock critical path items.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients across multiple projects.
