Job summary

Lab37 Robotics in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the KitchenOS product definition, strategy, and roadmap for R&D, Brand Managers, and Kitchen Operators. You’ll translate operator insights into prioritized requirements and oversee the lifecycle from discovery to rollout with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product management, including 4+ years owning B2B or operational products end to end.
• Experience building tools for frontline teams (kitchen, warehouse, field, or retail).
• Ability to turn ambiguity into shipped products with measurable results.
• Strong systems thinking and understanding of how recipes, menus, inventory, and production interact.

Responsibilities

• Own the operator-facing product roadmap: define and prioritize KitchenOS tools for brand managers and kitchen teams.
• Make brand and menu launches effortless: build workflows turning new concepts into launch-ready experiences.
• Simplify daily kitchen operations by turning complex processes into clear workflows.
• Translate forecasts, recommendations, and signals into actionable tools with engineering and data science support.
• Build quality into execution: ensure recipes, instructions and quality checks are accessible at the point of work.
• Coordinate milestones and dependencies across product, engineering, data science, and operations.
